This one is a winner. It has pretty much all of the answers to anyone: from the newbies in a small business world, to numerous resources for experienced professionals.

2. SBA

This is an official website for this government agency. Speaking from the personal experience, I refer to its resources regularly. One of the main reasons, there is an array of outlined most recent guidelines and regulations that any business needs to check out, prior to diving into any implementation stages.

3. My Own Business

This website is created by an international non-profit organization. If you are interested in emerging into a business that is multi-faceted from the international perspective, check out this resource.

4. Small Business

Here is another one that can expose you to various blogs, opinions, and articles to get yourself educated from.
