Our busy lives seem to stretch all our mental and physical capacities to the maximum on a daily basis. We no longer walk, ponder, digest, and stay still. Instead, we rush around, chase our dreams, explore new opportunities, and climb social and professional ladders. Our daily acrobatic routines bend us out of shape and sometimes break us in halves.
